Hiring US-based Salesforce Technical Support Agent 100% remote possible Permanent position For one of the leading technology agencies in the world, we are looking for 3 US-based technical support agents for Salesforce. Ohio, Kentucky or 100% remote. Quick facts: • 100% remote possible. • 1-3 days per week in Cincinnati would be great (optional) • Permanent employment • Many benefits • 17-20 vacation days Required Skills and Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service • Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce, including configuration and customization • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and extensions • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multidisciplinary environment • High customer orientation and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks • Preferred, but not required: Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to client using our software solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce • Identify and resolve technical issues • Collaborate with our development team in escalating and resolving complex technical problems • Document support requests, solutions on best practices • Able to provide training and technical knowledge to client and colleagues • Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service APPLY HERE https://foreignjobs.net/job/salesforce-technical-support-agent-oh-us/ | |
