Ever felt like you are just NOT allowed time for self-care? I mean, like the universe it's just against you having that time for some odd reason that you just can’t fathom? I am a mother. And a Pet Owner. So, believe me I know the feeling. Don’t get me wrong, I have always loved having dogs and cats. And also really enjoy motherhood. However, I find that I can’t be good at either if I don’t also take care of me. But, my kids do, and always will, come first. The 2 legged and 4 legged ones.
