I know that some areas have concerns as an athlete. People get banned from either the sport as a whole or an area specifically. Hopefully it gets resolved, but eventually what happens is a high percentage of people not participating in any physical activity. This leads to a higher rate of obesity and more poor health conditions. I have seen very big people heading north to see family. I hope to see more parks , gyms and community centers helping bring fun and affordable fitness for all . Obesity kills . Poor physical fitness is a pandemic in some areas more than others . Big people are still nice people, but they may die from their lack of health care. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The cold months makes things worse too . Please don't assume heat is good either. | |
