Title: Remote Recruiter (Part-time, Commission-based) Responsibilities: 1. Contacting job applicants via phone to discuss job opportunities, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. 2. Building rapport with potential candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals. 3. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. 4. Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. 5. Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with candidates, including salary and benefits. 6. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles. 7. Utilizing various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates. 8. Calling companies to promote manpower services and explain service offerings and associated charges. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in recruitment or sales preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Familiarity with recruitment software and databases. 6.
