In over 60 years of service to our community, Casa Serena has helped thousands of women recover from their addictions to alcohol and drugs, while managing their dual diagnosis mental health disorders. Today, we are Santa Barbara’s only licensed and Joint Commission accredited nonprofit, evidence-based, residential treatment and rehab program for women.
