The PeopleReady located at Turlock, California, 95380 is currently hiring a PR 1435757/Warehouse Worker Job Description Warehouse Worker PeopleReady ofTurlock, CA is now hiring Warehouse Workers!Individual will be responsible for Packaging, labeling, and shrink wrapping of finished product and general warehouse cleaning as directed by supervisor. Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $16.50 / hour What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Worker: • Connect hoses and pumps to tank. • Inspect pallets for damage prior to usage. • Palletize packages accordingly for filling. • Inspect package prior to filling for debris or other foreign material. • Fill appropriate amount of product in package. • Ensure correct bungs or closures are utilized for products and package size. • Inspect outer package for cleanliness and damages. • Ensure correct labels and amounts are provided by QC. • Affix labels neatly on packages. • Clean hoses, pumps, and fill gauges and store appropriately. • Rinse tanks when empty. • Follow packaging and labeling FDA instructions when required. • Maintain a clean working environment. • Shrink wrap finished goods as instructed by supervisor. • Report any spill/leaks to supervisor. • Wash, mop, sweep facility as instructed by supervisor. • Drive forklift. • Other duties as assigned by supervisors. Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) ,Weekends Job requirements: • Perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication). • Read and follow instructions in English. • Lift 50 lb. packages. • Work with hazardous materials safely. • Background check and drug screening required.
