Ancient Tibetan Soul Healing. Release, Relax, Heal Wal Bon Tak La Me Bar (Deity Tiger Rider Healer of Negativity) This additional name was given to Beth by Geshe Tog Den Won Po Chongtul Rinpoche in February of 2024. Meet Beth, Lopon Bön Chong Ma My training and life experiences have allowed me to witness and experience energy in numerous forms. I became aware of the power of having a balanced internal sanctuary. And as a result, my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual path has led me to study various forms of religion and spirituality. After much seeking, I found my spiritual home in the Bön spiritual practices. (Bön is the indigenous religion of Tibet.) I became a certified Tse Dup Drup Shen Ma (meaning soul healer) in the ancient Tibetan energy healing system of Tse Dup Yang Bod Soul Healing. For one to be content and healthy, we need a internal balanced energy system including energy within the five major organs. Due to stress, trauma or disease, our energy becomes blocked, resulting in what the Tibetan culture refers to as the loss of one’s LA (commonly referred to in English as Soul Energy). Thus creating an unbalance in life sustaining areas. In the Tse Dup Yang Bod Soul Healing classes (to become a Drup Shen) I discuss the signs of blocked energy and how to utilize this profound form of healing energy to regain balance not only for oneself but for others as well. I have witnessed and personally experienced this form of energy healing to the extent that I continued the studies to become a Lopon. This degree is the the US counterpart of a M.A., in Tibetan Spirituality. As a Lopon, I am able to teach others these ancient healing and spiritual practices. I remain grateful to my teachers, the High Lama, Geshe Chongtul Rinpoche and Lopon Lumo Woekar (Tania Smith).
