My 11-year-old dog needs Capstar flea treatment and male reusable wrap diapers as he has accidents inside our Apartments and my plan is to keep him in a bit longer so there's less of a chance of him picking up more fleas that's where the diapers come in so he can relief himself in which case I understand he is a senior dog however he does have arthritis issues too and we live upstairs which makes it even more difficult on me being he's a small dog who almost makes me trip on stairs (he stops and goes) doesn't enjoy being picked up... I'm at a loss with no fabric, can't always get out as easy due to rain and other reasons. Please help if possible, thank you.
