DGC22 Ideal technical products for improving lighting conditions and safe production in coal mines. 1. Main uses and scope of application The lamps are used in places where there is a risk of gas (methane) coal dust explosion in coal mines. Mainly suitable for lighting in mining working faces, etc. 2. Requirements for lamp design 2.1 DGC installation requirements: It has a variety of installation methods such as U-shaped brackets and hanging rings. 2.2, DGC shell requirements: The shell is made of die-cast aluminum, the reinforcement adopts aerodynamic optimization design, the surface is high-voltage electrostatic sprayed, and the exposed fasteners are all made of stainless steel. The lamp has strong waterproof performance, dustproof and explosion-proof, and is suitable for use in underground tunnels of coal mines. 2.3, DGC drive requirements: The lamp drive adopts a wide voltage design, AC 95-242V. It meets the mining voltage requirements of GB3836, and can be used safely in an environment with coal safety requirements in the well. The drive adopts a rubber seal design. 2.4. Light source requirements: Original CREE LED light source imported from the United States, with a service life of 50,000 hours or more, a light efficiency of up to 142lm/W, ceiling installation at a height of 3m, and a vertical illumination of 75Lx. 2.5. Internal structure requirements: A quick plug-in interface is used between the driver and the light source, no welding operation is required, the connecting wires in the lamp should be copper, and the wiring in the lamp uses terminal blocks, and there are special grounding terminals. 2.6. Inlet design: The lamp adopts a one-in-one-out double inlet design, equipped with a cable clamping sealing joint, and the inlet thread is G3/4″. 2.7. Lamp certificate: The lamp must provide explosion-proof certificates and safety certificates applicable to national standards. Scope of application Applicable to underground mining activities and connected tunnels. According to GB3836, MT221 and the relevant standards of the "Coal Safety Regulations". Features: 1. Structure: The lamp consists of a transparent cover, light-emitting diodes, power driver, explosion-proof shell (the shell is cast from ZG450 steel ), wiring board, etc. The explosion-proof housing is divided into two parts: the main cavity and the wiring cavity: the main cavity is equipped with LED light-emitting diodes and matching power drivers. The wiring cavity is a wiring board, and the lead device is composed of M36 trumpet-mouthed compression nuts, sealing rings, plugging plates, etc. 2. High luminous efficiency and green environmental protection The lamp uses energy-saving and green environmental protection LED light-emitting diodes as the light source, with a luminous efficiency of ≥90Lm/W, which is about 10 times that of incandescent lamps, and has a significant power saving effect. LED light sources do not contain harmful substances such as mercury, do not contain infrared and ultraviolet components, and will not pollute the environment. 3. Long ignition life and basically maintenance-free The LED light source used in the lamp has an ignition life of more than 50,000 hours, which is more than ten times that of ordinary fluorescent lamps, and can basically be maintenance-free. 4.
