To configure an NTP server on Windows Server, open Command Prompt as Administrator. Type w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"<NTP_Server_Address>" /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:YES /update. Replace <NTP_Server_Address> with your desired NTP server. Then, run w32tm /resync to sync. Finally, restart the Windows Time service with net stop w32time && net start w32time.
