Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Consultant Greensboro, North Carolina (3 days/week onsite) The Solution Consultant/Functional Analyst will have 5+ years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs. Role/Responsibilities : * Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service, Power Platform and Integrations * Knowledge of the platform s capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization. * Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and challenges. * Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes. * Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively. * Translate business requirements into functional specifications. * Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization. * Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs. * Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required. * Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications). * Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. * Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions. * Support in development of user manuals and training materials. * Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation. * Create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations. * Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.
